If your organisation uses the limits functionality, you may need to set all new banks up with a limit. This can only be done by a user who has the authority level to do this. If you do not have authority to set up limits, you should ask your administrator to do so.
To set up Limits in the system, the following steps need to be taken:
- Set up the bank as a Limit Bank. Click here
- Set up the action which needs to occur on breach (e.g. STOP or a warning). Click here
- Set up the main limit. Click here
- Set up any sub limits. Click here
- Apply limits to any relevant outstanding transactions. Click here
- Create any required reporting and schedule it for delivery. Click here
