To create a new Limit Action, go to ELCY Limit, Action, Create Action

• Choose the Action Type – Warning Alert or Stopping Alert.
• Give the action a name
• Enter a message which will come up if a transaction is entered which breaches the limit.
• Click on Create Action

The existing actions can be viewed and amended via ELCY Limit, Action, Action List.

Click on the green name of the action to edit it:

If you need to delete an action, click on the green word Delete on the right hand side of the list and the action is immediately deleted.  Actions can only be deleted if there are no limits using the action – otherwise this error message appears at the top of the screen and the action remains in place.
