Where the bank is not on the system, the corporate can add a claim and update it through to ‘Paid’ including attaching documents.
Find the relevant Import Transaction and click on the link ‘Create Claim Under Import LC’
Complete claim details and click ‘Create’
Click ‘Upload Paid Copy’
Complete ‘Upload Paid Copy’ details and click ‘Paid’
You then see a pop up asking if you want to create a utilisation, choose OK or Cancel as required.
