Where the issued copy was not correctly attached when the transaction was set to Issued, or additional documents now need to be attached, you can change these from the transaction.
Go to the transaction and go to Bank Response/Copy which shows you whatever is currently there.
To see the existing attachments, click on “Click here to download/view”. A pop up appears with the contents of existing files.
To delete an existing attachment, or add another one, click on Attach/Reattach and a pop up appears.
To attach an additional document, click on Attach, Choose File, find your file in pdf or txt format and click Attach. To delete an attachment that is already there, tick in the box to Remove Attachment. Submit to make the changes. The corporate is not advised of this by an Alert so you may wish to advise them separately if required.
