ELCY is a cloud-based platform with the core product “elcyMBP” enabling corporates to communicate in a secure and authenticated manner with all their trade finance banks, through one centralized portal, for all their Import and Export business.

Although there are numerous features spread across the application system, they have one thing in common, which requires you to login into your ELCY account to utilize them.

Logging into ELCY requires your username, password and either a hardware token, or access to your chosen authenticator app.

Here's how to use your Mac or PC to log into ELCY:

1. Go to https://www.elcy.com/elcyapps/elcyLogin.html

2. Enter your username in the Username field. Your username will be advised to you by your ELCY administrator or ELCY Helpdesk, and it is case sensitive.

3. Enter your password in the password field. This is the password you set at the time of registration.

If you cannot remember your password, please email elcy-helpdesk@surecomp.com for assistance.

4. Click the Login button. On the next screen, enter the six-digit code shown on your hardware token or authenticator app. You will now enter ELCY.

Login Issues:

Accounts lock after three incorrect passwords and/or token/authenticator codes. Your ELCY administrator will be able to re-enable it for you, or alternatively you can contact the ELCY Helpdesk (elcy-helpdesk@surecomp.com). The Helpdesk can usually advise on what has caused the problem.
