Comments to and from banks are called external.  A comment can be sent directly to one bank, or to a number of banks at the same time – clearly each bank only sees their own comments and does not know which other banks are involved in the auction.

 Use the radio button at the top of the create screen to choose External Comments.  You can now add one, some or all banks to the list to see the comment.  If you add one by mistake, select in the drop down and click Remove.

Once your comment is complete, click on Create.

The comment is added along with the list of banks who can view the comment.

External comments cannot be deleted.
