Comments between users in the corporate are called internal. These comments cannot be seen by any bank.
Simply add your comment and Create.
Your comment is recorded with the date, time and user’s name.
If required, users can be authorised to delete internal comments which are sent in error, or are no longer needed. Tick the box to the left hand side and then on Delete Comment at the top right. If you do not have this functionality, you will need to ask another user to delete for you. Your administrator can assist you finding out who can delete.
