On the Bid received list in auction view page, which shows all banks’ bid responses, you can accept a bid.  Select the radio button of winning bid and click "Accept Winning Tenor / Bid" link.

Once Accept Winning Tenor / Bid link is clicked, Bid details screen will appear.

This screen shows the details of Winning bid and user can give winning comments. After verifying the details, user can Accept Bid or Cancel.

Once the bid winning process is completed, it will update the Auction status as Completed.  It also updates winning bid status as Accepted and other bank responses as Rejected

Winning bank will receive the win notification and all other banks who responded will be advised that they have not won.
