If there is an error in the auction or the list of banks, the auction can be withdrawn by the function Update Status in the transaction.  This ends the auction without a winning bank being selected.

Once Auction is withdrawn, it can be recreated in Waiting for Approval state, using Re-Create Auction button.

Users could Amend Auction End Date & Time or Update Auction Banks if require and then Approve it, or Reject it for the details of the auction to be amended by the creator.
