When an auction is in the status Waiting for Approval, the Auction Banks must be added before the status can be changed again.

After clicking on Update Auction Banks, respected Auction Banks will appear, you can choose a Bank Template created before (please see section below on Create Bank Template) or choose Banks from the list.  In some organisations, the use of a template is mandatory – if you cannot find a suitable template then please speak to your local administrator.  In other organisations, templates are used to help you select a list of banks quickly, and you can amend the list as you need.

Then click on Add Banks to confirm or Back to come back to the previous page. 

Once the list of banks is correct, Update Status to Ready to Send.
