Elcy Auction -> Export Risk -> Create Bank Risk -> from Bank Risk box, choose New -> Next
Corporate Reference is mandatory but does not have to be unique. Select the Type of Bank Risk, Type of Transaction, Department if required. Choose Currency and enter Amount of the auction.
Choose the bank in the list or search by name or Swift code or Add bank if it is not in the list.
Depending on your request, you can add up to three tenor options, or only select Tenor A and choose period. Select option for Discount and Silent Confirmation.
Contract Details are optional. You can select Buyer from the list or use Add Buyer function to add it.
Enter information of Shipment Details if you wish to.
Fill in the auction details as requested.
The Auction End Date and Time are mandatory fields. At that time, the Auction will expire with no winning bid.
Documents in PDF or txt format can be attached, then click on Create Auction.
After clicking on Create Auction, an overview screen will appear to verify the auction details. Once details are verified and click on Submit Button on the overview screen to create an auction or click on Back to revise information if required.
The details submitted come up for further review showing as in the In Progress state.
The View Screen will appear with Auction details, and Update, Delete, Show Transaction Log and Comments links will be there on top of the view screen as follows.
Once you have submitted the auction it will appear on your Auction Transaction List as follows (ELCYmbp, Auction Workbench, Export Risk, Auction Transaction List) with status of In Progress - Auction can be updated or deleted only when it is in "In Progress" State, and at this state the bank cannot view it. Creator will have to update status of the auction to approval level.
