Go to elcyMBP, Import, Send Inward Collection.
In the next screen, it should be completed with the appropriate details, and any documents attached in pdf or txt format. When ready, click on Create.
The saved Inward Collection appears on the Inward Collection List in the In Progress status. Go back into the Inward Collection and follow the appropriate workflow to send this to the corporate (e.g., In Progress – Send for Approval – Approve – Send to Corporate).
The corporate may Reject this straight back to the bank; alternatively, you will see the status of Acceptance in Progress as the corporate works on getting their approvals for the payment of the collection.
When you see Payment Authorised status, arrange payment if needed, and update the status of the collection to Paid or Accept, completing the below screen with details of fees and payment date.
You are able to attach up to 3 documents.
You can also update/replace or remove the attachments once the status is Accept or Paid by going to the Collection’s Payment Advice screen. Corporates can view the attached documents but cannot add or remove.
If Accepted, then you can change status once more to Paid, attaching more documents if needed.
