Note that for collections that are Paid, there is the possibility to update the Paid screen with up to 3 further payments if required later.
From the left-hand side of the collection, select Payment Advice. This brings up the information entered when the status was set to Paid. Clicking on Update Payment Advice allows to you add or amend the payment information as required, clicking on Submit Payment Advice when finished.
Clicking on View Payment Advice Logs shows which users have made changes to the Advice and the details.
