The elcyAUCTION system contains comments functionality to enable corporates and banks to communicate directly about a particular auction.

Comments can be accessed from the link at the top of an auction.

Initially, there will be no comments to see – a new one can be added with the Add Comment link.

Once your comment is complete, click on Create and the corporate can see your comment. External comments cannot be deleted.

You can also view all comments through a section at the bottom of the Auction Transaction, click into the Show Comment link to see the details.

An alert is also generated that a comment has been added.

Users who receive email copies of their alerts will therefore be advised by email as well.
