This allows an organisation to specify which users should receive notifications of incoming Export LCs.
To add a new contact
Click on Add (or go to Settings, Administration, Create Beneficiary Contact). Select the client from the dropdown list, then any number of beneficiaries by selecting in the dropdown and clicking on Add. If one is added in error, find it in the dropdown list and click Remove. Then in the list of Users, tick the boxes next to those users who wish to be notified of incoming Export LCs for those beneficiaries. Once finished, click on Save.
To edit an existing contact
Click on the button next to the relevant row and then at the top click Update. Make changes as required and Update.
To delete a row
Click on the button next to the relevant row and then at the top click Delete, then OK.
