Configuration of the system is partly done by the ELCY Helpdesk and can partly be done by the client’s administrator. Integration Settings are the areas most commonly changed by the client administrator.
This enables a copy of transaction messages to be sent to a dedicated email or FTP address as required. Caution should be used when changing these settings – if unsure, please refer to the ELCY Helpdesk (elcy-helpdesk@surecomp.com) for advice.
There is a section for each of Import Transaction, Export Transaction, Inward Collection, Loan Integration, Exchange Integration and Swift Integration with relevant settings as to what needs to be sent, to where and in what format.
Swift Integration
For Export LCs, copies of incoming transactions can be delivered directly to a departmental email address, to the individual users in that department, to a central email address who wishes to receive copies of all LCs for all departments, or any combination of the three. This can be used in combination with already existing functionality to read the goods description on an incoming LC and deliver the LC to the correct department based on rules stored within the system.
To set this up, please speak to the ELCY Helpdesk who will make the necessary configuration changes.
