This enables a copy of transaction messages to be sent to a dedicated email as required, so that users don’t need to log into the ELCY platform to view/download them.
Caution should be used when changing these settings – if unsure, please refer to the ELCY Helpdesk for advice.
Client admin user can set up in the Settings, Administration, Client Integration Settings.
There is a section for each of Import Transaction, Import Claim Integration Settings, Export Transaction, Inward Collection, Export Document Presentation, Loan, Exchange, and Swift Integration Settings with a Save button at the very bottom.
Each of the sections can be amended in the same way. Depending on corporate requirements, client admin users will do the setup accordingly.
Add
To add a new email address into the section, type the address into the Email Address box, then click Add, which moves it down into the list of addresses. Once all amendments are done, click Save at the bottom of the screen.
Delete
To delete an email address from the list of addresses, type the address into the Email Address box, then click Remove. If the address is found in the list of addresses, it will be able to delete. Once all amendments are done, click Save at the bottom of the screen.
Modify
To modify an email address, you need to Delete the incorrect one and Add a new correct one. Once all amendments are done, click Save at the bottom of the screen.
Swift Integration Settings by departments
For Export LCs received via SWIFT, copies of incoming transactions can be delivered directly to a departmental email address, to the individual users in that department, to a central email address who wishes to receive copies of all LCs for all departments, or any combination of the three.
This can be used in combination with already existing functionality to read the goods description on an incoming LC and deliver the LC to the correct department based on rules stored within the system.
To set this up, please speak to the ELCY Helpdesk (elcy-helpdesk@surecomp.com) who will make the necessary configuration changes.
