When a Document Presentation is Paid or Accepted, you will get a pop up asking if you want to create a Utilisation. Alternatively, the option to Create Utilisation is at the top of the Export LC.

Check the details brought through from the Presentation, and enter the Payment Date, then Create Utilisation.
