Transactions can all be viewed on elcyMBP, Export, Export Transaction List. Where the transaction requires further action by the bank, the flag is shown to the left of it.
You can access the transaction by clicking on the System Ref number in order to view all the details and update the status following your internal workflow.
The Corporate cannot see the transaction until it is in the status of Sent to Corporate.
