Most screens have search and/or filter functionality to help you find transactions.
Any green words/numbers can be clicked on
- If it’s a transaction reference, you will be taken to the transaction
- On a transaction list, clicking on the corporate name filter to show just transactions for that corporate
- On a transaction list, clicking on the department name will filter to show just transactions for that department
- On a transaction list, clicking on a status (of any colour) will filter to show just transactions in that status
- On the Export Transaction List, clicking on a confirmation status will filter to show just transactions in that status
Using the back button can result in you being logged out of the system; it’s always best to click on a link.
Actions on a transaction create an Alert. These can be viewed in the Alert Box
Clicking on the green words in the Alert column give you more information about the alert; clicking on the green text in the Reference column will take you directly to the transaction.
Alerts are, by default, set up to also be sent to users by email.
The Alert filter settings can be configured to restrict the types of transaction and/or clients that you receive alerts and email notifications for. These are usually controlled by your administrator, however if you are receiving too many irrelevant alerts or emails, do ask your administrator if they can amend your settings.
