Cisco Duo Hardware tokens
These are Cisco Duo hardware tokens:
Users must be in possession of their token plus know their username and password to be able to log in to ELCY.
Each user must have their own individual token, and these tokens can be passed on to a new user when required.
Administrators are responsible for keeping their organisations spare tokens safe for use or reuse and ordering new tokens from ELCY when required.
MFA - Google / Microsoft Authenticator / Okta Verify / ForgeRock
ELCY can also allow users to authenticate using MFA. If this option is of interest to you, please speak with the ELCY Helpdesk to arrange the necessary configuration.
Single Sign On
Single Sign-On (SSO) feature for ELCY is a custom implementation that requires coordination between ELCY and your IT team. It is available through a subscription cost. If this option is of interest to you, please speak with the ELCY Helpdesk to arrange the necessary configuration.
