If Corporate Reference is set to mandatory, a user will not be able to create an export documentary presentation until the reference has been updated.

If a user clicks on ‘Create Export Document Presentation’, the same prompt as above will appear. Complete the Corporate Reference details and then ‘Submit’. The user will then be able to proceed with creating a DP as usual.
