Administrators would need to add any required banks to the Exposure module. If you see the message at the top of the page.
Then click on the Bank Not Yet Set Up link to find out which banks you need to set up, and what needs doing.
Banks which are already recognised by ELCY can be added into your Exposure module by your administrator, and instructions for this are in the Corporate Administrator Guide. Banks not yet recognised by ELCY need to be added to the system by the ELCY Helpdesk – please email elcy-helpdesk@surecomp.com with the 11 digit SWIFT Code of the bank which you require and ask for it to be added.
You can also click through on the green numbers to see which LCs make up the exposure for these banks.
Once banks are added, they will appear in the Exposure list at the top of the screen as they have no limit attached to them. If you are managing your exposure in the system, you will want to either attach that bank to a limit, or ensure the LC is confirmed by a bank (at which point it will move to the limit for that Risk Bank).
