The Estimated Payment Date can be updated as often as needed before the status is Paid via a link in the left-hand menu Update Est Payment Date.  

This brings up a screen for entering the new estimated date:

A log of the changes is maintained in the Transaction Log for the Export Transaction, accessed from the top menu of the main Export Transaction screen.
