Export Transaction List

All Export Transactions can be found from the Export Transaction List, which is accessed from ELCYmbp, Export Workbench, Export Transaction List.

You can search for a transaction using the green Search button at the top, including filtering by Issuance Date or Create/Received Date.

All Export Transactions appear here, whether they have been delivered directly through the system or via Swift.

Note: transactions arriving by Swift only appear here once they have been processed into the correct department. This can be configured to happen automatically, or your organisation may require you to manually move each transaction and amendment.

New transactions which are yet to be processed can be found in the Swift Inbox.

All the information relating to a transaction can be accessed from the transaction – the original transaction as first received, Swift message, amendments, sub messages, presentations, utilisations, cover letters and so on.

On the left-hand side of the transaction, links are provided to every related item or for actions such as adding additional data such as the Vessel name or Shipment dates.
